Holistic Transformational Experience

At the end, all I could sum up and say is, it was a Holistic transformational experience for me. I was seeking to explore and discover more of myself, but instead I ended up with not only discovering more about myself, but also my mind and body has improved. I have never felt more active in my short lifespan of 52 years. I am really happy that I trust my intuition and took the leap with Gautam.

Its a transformation is Real

At first I was kind of skeptical associating with some coach, because all they do is try to grasp a person for lifelong. But after multiple recommendations, I somehow ended up in one of his sessions. Even though it took me 3 months to get the exponential results which I was hoping for, I am no longer taking his regular sessions. Gautam, has a policy of not continuing his clients for more than a year, which I found phenomenal.

Anonymity is the key

I am an introvert and have difficulty dealing with people, even my own extended family, but the Anonymity and Non-Judgement space Gautam has given me helped me open up quickly. It seemed a safe environment and share things with him, without any “gyan” on improving the messed up situation in life. The best part about Gautam is he dsnt give any advice or recommendation or impose his ideas & thoughts on me, he just made sure to provide me with a safe environment where I could grow on my own from bottom up, he just made sure the direction of growth is the correct one & there is consistency in growth. Residential Retreat is a must have experience

The Residential Retreat program of his is just amazing. Its like a radical transformation week. Not only is it liberating, but also the effects of the retreat lasts longer than I could have fathom. It has changed my outlook of life, the way I view and use luxuries now has changed. What I considered to be a NEED in my life, the belief has been changed. All thanks to Gautam now, I did being used by things and started using the things for my personal growth. I have learnt more from this 7 days experience about myself than I learnt about myself in past 45 years. His way of making us explore the truth is amazing.

Opposite Views

When I was first introduced to his ideas, they all seem to be contradicting whatever was taught to me since my childhood. Every concept of his was a challenge to my mind, my culture, my religion and everything which I represent. Firstly, there was denial, then came his explanation which forced me to think beyond the boundaries of my mind and explore the options which I never could have figured out on my own.

Atheist to Spiritual Journey

I am one of his first few clients. I was never into spirituality nor looked upto one. I was forced by my parents to try give him a shot (I had no other choice), as I was going through a rough phase in my life for couple of years.
Firstly I resisted Gautam’s ideas and methods because I was forced into session by my parents. After 3 weeks, I started feeling physical change into my body, and after 2 months, I was completely a different person than I use to be.

Better than any Therapy

Before connecting with Gautam, I have been to multiple therapy sessions since past 4 years, but to no use. Gautam didnt claim to provide any result, he neither provided any meds or stupid ways to cope up with my depression. Just by helping me explore myself he treated me in a miraculous way.
